OBJECTION AGAINST THE VIOLATION OF INDIAN CONSTITUTION DURING BYE ELECTIONS
Dear collegues and friends,
Our country is the largest democratic ,functioning with the principles of written constitution having union and federal structures.
Every govt. servant is obliged to render their sincere services as per the direction on the constitution in the territory of India. A public servant while swearing -in the post usually take oath as per The constitution of India right from the clerk to central / state ministers are bound to work for the welfare of the public. All servants are accountable and answerable while spending public money even for a penny to the public.This issue can be raised any individual/party based on the Fundamental duties art.51 (A)(X)
Now bye -election campaign is in full swing in the north as well as south of India by the ruling party as well as opposite party and as the other reginal parties in their targeted respective constituency.The time when a bye -election is scheduled to be held in a couple of weeks ahead in a constituency (what ever the reason for elections). Amid st the condition the govt. which is in regime shows that the entire ministry along with the supporters campaign in a single constituiency would make the region more perplexed and exploit the rights of the public is in justice and violation of rights besides deadly against the constitution article (21).which provide guarantees to the public as "No person shall be deprived of his life or personal liberty except to the procedure established by Law".
Every minister is responsible for their respective area besides the entire state welfare and development in the concerned department.On contrary being in a single constituency and speedy campaigning activities may disturb their routine work of their paricular ministry wasting of public money at any cost is accountable one even it is unbearable and against the constitution.
The speedy electioneering methods my be affected the peoples and the officials (those who are about to work) mind also influence some of the confusion may cause unfair and confused notion is also against the rights of the public as per the constitution of India (art.21),(art 32).

I hope that the breach and violation of any of the article and basic principles of the constitution is unbearable and the strict vigil to protect the interest of the public is adhered with the High court of the respective state with the appeal of the supreme court.
Hence this matter should be treated as very urgent and more sensitive to protect the constitution forwhich extend all your hands for the interest of the public and for free and fair elections by which reap good governance.
